Sound Signature
I want to analyze the voices of the people in all my favorite podcasts. Then create an audio signature for each them that may be used to mine, mash, meter, and aggregate their messages.

The 5th Utility
Doc Searls and Elliot Noss gave a talk at ISPCON on the internet as the fifth utility (wasn’t available as I write this), behind water, wastewater-treatment, roads, and electricity. Concurrently, companies like Google are building out massive computing clouds that “support on-demand” services.
I’ve been thinking about this from a practical perspective lately as I look at our family bugdet and notice that we’re spending $45 on wastewater and water, $50 on electricity, $150 on various phone services, and $15 on the internet.
